Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Merry Pages website and any purchase you make from it. Merry Pages is a brand operated by Mollo.com, EURL with a share capital of €100, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, RCS Paris 108 211 996, EU VAT FR86108211996 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell the Christmas Gift Card Book, a spiral-bound book with 12 themed pages. Gift cards, cash and notes are not included. Product photos are as accurate as possible; small variations in colour or cover design may occur. Each book ships with one of our Christmas cover designs.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free tracked shipping to the United States. Bundle discounts (Buy 2, Get 1 Free; Buy 3, Get 2 Free) are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with other offers. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout. Any import duties or local sales taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed by email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if the product becomes unavailable; in that case you are fully refunded.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–12 business days with tracking. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or a replacement under our 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how it works.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for the gift cards, cash or other items you place in the book. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

7. Personal data

We use your personal data only to process and deliver your order and, if you agree, to send you offers. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Please contact us first at contact@mollo-deco.com so we can resolve any issue amicably.
