Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days after they ship. During the holiday season, carriers can be slower, so we recommend ordering by December 7 for delivery before Christmas.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will update it if your order has not shipped yet.

Lost packages

If your tracking has not updated for 15 business days, contact us and we will reship your order or refund you.
