We want you to love your Gift Card Book. If you are not happy with it for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you or send a replacement, your choice.

How to request a refund

Reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact page with your order number and a short note. Our team answers within 24 hours.

Damaged or wrong item

If your book arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send anything back.

Returns

In most cases you do not need to return the item. If we ask for a return, we will send you the return address and instructions first. Items must be unused.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Lost or late orders

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 15 business days, contact us and we will reship your order or refund you.
